Do you want to feel more confident in the weight room? Do you want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle? Register for our 4 week program where one of our Certified Personal Trainers will put you through a weight room workout each session that will help you gain strength and confidence! We’ll be coaching all participants through multiple exercises and helping you learn what types of sets and reps are right for you. We’ll discuss push/pull days and cover all the different muscle groups worked. Also learn how to create a personalized program to reach your goals. InBody 570 Assessment included!
