Intro to Weight Training

Do you want to feel more confident in the weight room? Do you want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle? Register for the Intro to Weight Training 4 week program to learn the fundamentals of weight training with one of our Certified Personal Trainers! We’ll be coaching all participants through multiple exercises and helping you learn what types of sets and reps are right for you. We’ll discuss push/pull days and cover all the different muscle groups worked. Also learn how to create a personalized program to reach your goals. Inbody 570 assessment included!
